TERMS OF SERVICE
This is a binding agreement between Grandbux/Grandteam LLC and you as a member, user, advertiser. By using the Internet site located at www.grandbux.net (the “Site” or any services provided in connection with the Site (the “Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by Grandteam LLC (“Company”) from time to time in its sole discretion. Company will post a notice on the Site any time these Terms of Service have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Service unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
1. USER ACCOUNT 
1.1. It is prohibited to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Guarding your account is your responsibility, and we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account due to password management issues.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Paypal account which must be unique and not shared with any another user.
1.4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.
1.5. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. Grandbux will not modify any user account upon request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. 
2. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
2.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
2.2. You can post in the forums after viewing at least 100 advertisements upon completing the registration process and logging in.
2.3. Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. Grandbux will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members of Grandbux or Grandbux staff/ associates.
2.4. You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
2.5. Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers / exchange/ money requests and the offer or request of services are not allowed on Grandbux. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated posts/topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.
2.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Grandbux and / or Grandbux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
2.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Grandbux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.  
3. REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer unlimited number of people.
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a correct info and unique email address.
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4. All direct referrals are real members who recently registered on Grandbux with genuine interest. Although only the ones who view at least 10 ads in the last 4 days become available for purchase, they are to be distributed without any prediction or assurance of how actively they will be using the site in the future; therefore, direct referrals  have no return policy. Additionally, If anyone of your referrals does not stay active or click any advertisement within certain amount of days, they might be removed from your downline in order to let you have an open space for potentially active referrals. Members are given the option to delete their inactive direct referrals with a small fee.
3.5. You may only earn referral upgrade bonus from the directly assigned referrals via your affiliate link as well as from the ones purchased via Grandbux.
3.6. Buying referrals is subject to availability. You may earn referral upgrade bonus if your referral upgrades after he/she was assigned to your account.
3.7. The clicks you earn are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisement at the same time-frame everyday, you will be credited all of the clicks made by your Rental Referrals. Your clicks will be reset based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.
3.8. Changing the up-line is not allowed.
3.9. Members are given bonus by their direct referrals upgrade, as a promotion and this promotion is subject to change without further notice. 
4. PAYMENTS TO USERS
4.1. All payments will be made via PayPal only.  No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request a limited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request is subject to S.P.S (Smart Payment System).
4.2. Grandbux reserves the right to update the earnings of a member prior sending the payment. All payments will be made instantly upon verification of your account. In order to verify your account, you will be asked to provide legit documents. The name you use when you register must exactly match the name on the identification. After verification, payments will be succesfully made instantly or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
4.3. Minimum withdrawal limits vary by membership. A fee (0.50$ + %10) will be deducted due to Paypal merchant services.
4.4. You can only request one payment at a time. You are not allowed to have multiple Paypal accounts. Changing Paypal account is prohibited (unless it is misspelled) in order to avoid possible hack/withdrawal actions.
4.5. You must have a correct and verified PayPal account in your own name. All payments will go directly to the user's email address and cannot be canceled or sent again. To have your payment sent by PayPal, make sure you are logged in from a country where Paypal allows members to receive money to their accounts.
4.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
4.7. Users must accept the payments made to their PayPal accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
4.8. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no limitations for investment and/or withdrawals. Investments from limited or frozen payment processor accounts will be automatically denied. Withdrawals to limited or frozen accounts will be denied and will not be refunded to your Grandbux’s main balance. Member can not change his/her registered Paypal id upon getting limited by Paypal.
4.9. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
5.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
5.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses the name of Grandbux for any unrelated services is not tolerated. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Advertised website should be able to support high traffic per second.
5.3. Members are recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to high speed internet with unique IP .
5.4. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed. By advertising your website, you authorize Grandbux to display your content publicly. 
6. PAYMENTS TO GRANDBUX
6.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the "My Account" section of Grandbux. No other method of payment will be accepted.
6.2. All payments made via Paypal must be from verified accounts, any failure to correspond this requirement will be denied and the amount will be refunded back to your account.
6.3. All chargebacks or failed transactions made on your payments will lead to suspension of an account.
7. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
7.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
7.2. Grandbux/Grandteam LLC will be monitoring all hacking attempts and may take legal action in respond.
7.3. Using any sort of programs that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.
7.4. Any attempts of piracy and/ or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately. 
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. Grandbux/ Grandteam LLC have the right to suspend any account at any time for a valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service. Moreover, any misuse of Upgrade bonus rewards will lead to the reversals of bonus rewards. Members are not allowed to offer cashbacks to the ones who have no genuine interest in becoming a member. If detected,  these members will be removed from their uplines.
8.2. Once an account is temporarily suspended, all the balances will be reset, and after permanant suspension all the referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given.
8.3. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses.
8.4. After 10 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1. The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.
9.2. The purchase of exposure packages and clicks for your ads are non-refundable.
9.3. The purchase of exposure packages for your banners are non-refundable. 
10. LIABILITY
10.1. Grandbux/Grandteam LLC will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Grandbux and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. Grandbux/ Grandteam LLC reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3. Grandbux/ Grandteam LLC will not be held responsible for any losses of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
10.4. Grandbux/ Grandteam LLC is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.

Who can join?
Anyone who passed age 18 can join as the member of Grandbux and therefore is open to US and International members; however, it is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

Why havent I received bonus from my referral?
If you purchase a direct referral who was already an upgraded member, you will not receive bonus from that referral until his/her next purchase of membership. In other words, your direct referral needs to upgrade from standard to another membership or purchase extension after being assigned to you.

Can anyone else join from my home?
Any attempt to create multiple accounts by the same IP within the same internet connection are not allowed. If any member of your family or house would like to join our system, they are welcomed to do so, however please keep in mind that only one account can view advertisements within 24 hours, others in the same IP/ Connection / House will have to wait another 24 hours to view ads. They can always log in and check their balance and post on forums though

Can anyone click instead of me?
Sure, we understand people can sometimes be a little busy and in that case, feel free to ask your friends or family to do you a favor and view your advertisements. As long as you are in no violation of our terms of service, you will be just fine. Nevertheless, please note that any attempt to use bots, auto-click software will be detected and will lead to account termination immediately

Can I change my user name?
No, unfortunately. Once you set up your account with a user name, there is no option to change it. So, if you have not signed up yet, you might want to think on your user name. And keep in mind that we will never let anyone to choose insulting user names.

Can I change my sponsor/upline?
You cannot change your upline under any circumstances. If your upline gets suspended, his/her account will remain in the records in which you are registered.

Why have I not won on the GrandGrid?
Grand Grid is a chance game where winning odds are given by the type of your membership. Golden members have 50, Ultimate members have 75 and Superior members have 100 tries to find the prizes. The system works like this: Each time you click on the boxes of grid, and view the advertisements, you will have the opportunity to reveal the prize. Some of the boxes are empty and some have a prize up to 10$. Also, you can always check the latest winners on the right side of Grand Grid. Good Luck!

How do I see my ad stats for the GrandGrid?
There is a box located upper right corner of the frame. There you can see how many 'tries' you  have left as well as the latest winners.

What are Micro Job Offers?
Paid to Sign up offers , aka micro jobs, are adverts where you must register with our advertiser’s website and provide proof that you actually completed the offer successfully and followed the instructions completely. The advertiser will specify the exact terms of the offer.You must read and understand the terms and then complete the offer as required. When you submit the offer, then the advertiser will have 96hrs to approve the offer or deny the offer. If the advertiser approves the offer then the money will automatically be credited to your account.If the advertiser denies the offer then you will not be paid.
MEMBERS: To prevent abuse of the system we will automatically block any member that has accumulated TEN rejected offers. It is important that you only submit offers where you have actually completed the offer correctly. All micro job offers are accepted at your own risk. Please choose only the micro jobs that you can complete within 72 hr time period. If the required work time exceeds that period , you may prefer another micro job that fits your schedule.
ADVERTISERS: To prevent abuse of the system we will automatically block any advertiser who intentionally denies a valid offer. It is important that the advertiser promotes a reasonable offer. Please do not post any offer where our members need to make a purchase /upgrade or do perform more than 3 days in a row. Please do not post an offer where the member cannot reasonably complete the offer within a 72hr time period. Any failure to do so might jeopordize your account with us. PTSU offers will be auto-approved if not reviewed by the advertiser within 96 hours. Admin will evaluate any DENY/REJECTED offers within 72 hours of you submitting them for review. (Usually it takes less than 48 hours) You do not earn any referral earnings from Paid to Signup offer completions.

Can I access my account with a proxy?
No, it is a violation of the Grandbux TOS to access your account with a Proxy, Vpn or any anonymizing service.  If we detect you using a proxy, you can be banned and afterwards you will also not be able to view any tasks, offers or surveys. Please be sure to disable or completely remove the proxy before you attempt to login to your account

Can I access my account from different locations?
As long as you are the only one connected to our system via private IP, you will be able to access your account without any problem i.e. Gsm connected mobile phones, tablets etc. However, shared networks such as schools, library, and internet cafes are not allowed. Keep in mind that there could be only one user per computer in the same internet connection. If there are multiple users sharing the same internet, the others will have to wait 24 hours to view advertisements. That is the main reason shared networks are not permitted.

How often do I need to login to prevent account termination?
After activation of your account you should log in at least one time in every 10 days to prevent temporary account suspension. If you stay inactive for over 10 days straight, your account will be reset.

Is my information safe on Grandbux?
Your personal information including your email address is never given, sold or exposed under any circumstances.

Why is my account suspended?
Members' accounts are generally temporarily suspended due to being inactive for over 10 days. In case of temporary suspension, member can easily reactivate the account via log in page. In other cases, members are suspended due to violation of Grandbux TOS. For more information please take a look at the Grandbux TOS.  Please also note that your account could also be suspended due to viewing " Anti cheat" ad multiple times in a row.

I haven't received my payment, why ?
Please make sure you are meeting these requirements in order to receive your payment successfully. 
  1. You need to have a positive balance after paypal merchant fees (0.50$ + %10).
  2. Make sure your paypal email address is correct. To check , Go to Settings/Payment Method
  3. You need to have a verified paypal account and your country must be eligible for receiving payments by Paypal regulations.
Note: All payments are made instantly, if for any other reason , you don't receive your payment within 4 hours , please open a support ticket.

How can I increase the AVG of my rental referrals?
There are 3 main ways to improve your AVG:
1) Make sure to click at least 4 ads by the server time (00:01 AM - 03: 00 AM) everyday for optimum referral click results.
2) Extend your active referrals and let the inactive ones expire.
3) The quality of referrals you rent differs depending on the membership. So, if possible, try to upgrade your account to a higher membership to avail Good/High/Advanced RR filter quality.

Why are my Rental Referrals inactive today?
Grandbux has a strict no bots policy. It is against our idea of honest and stable service. All of our rental referrals are %100 unique and real members who have genuine interest during registration. Therefore, we can't change the AVG results of them nor we can force them to view advertisements everyday. Nonetheless, we use filter so that only active members who viewed at least 10 fixed ads in the last 4 days become available in the rental referral pool.
If you have a low average on some days, it is just because the avg of RR clicks might change from time to time depending on the activities of referrals (members). Unfortunately there is no way for us to tell how they behave in the future regardless of the filter we use. They might just not click certain amount of advertisements when they are busy or they might click all the ads on the following day. 
Studying your rental referrals and managing them based on the stats they produce is found to be one of the useful ways to stabilize earnings. For best results, please consult experienced members via Forum.

What is the reset time for advertisements?
All ads reset at 00:00(Server time). Grid ads are reset every 24 hours.

What is an Auto-Pay?
AutoPay is one way to extend your referrals automatically. If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day. If the referral does not click, you won't pay him for another day.
In other words, you'll pay one day in advance to your referral's due date.

AutoPay is also cheaper for you because you receive discounted price depending on your membership

The value for each referral/day will be deducted from your purchase balance.
If your purchasel balance has insufficient funds, it won't be triggered and will only work again when  the purchase balance has enough funds.

Can I have a refund?
Feel free to contact Grandbux Team by opening a ticket here. Please note that openning an unlawful chargeback dispute via Paypal leads to permanent account suspension. Legal claims will be filed against the members who misuse the chargeback/unauthorized claim disputes.

Why did I lose my Direct Referral ?
If  any of your Direct referral was removed from your account , the reason of loss could occur due to one or more than one reasons listed below.
- Referral's account information was filled out with false/fake data.
- Referral's paypal account was not verified when made payment.
- Referral was using Autoclick software
- Referral's payment was not cleared by Paypal Fraud Department
- Referral was found to be offered incentive earnings ( Cashback) by the Upline.
- Referral was suspended due to inactivity.

Why can't I log in to my account?
In case the log in error is displayed by mistake, please take the following instructions to resolve the issue.
1. If you are using dynamic IP , please turn your modem off and on
2. Clear your cache and cookies of your browser before you try to log in
3. Make sure there is no other member registered using your Internet within the WIFI range of your modem.
4. Enable WIFI password to avoid other members accessing your free internet.

How can I upgrade my membership?
You need to meet the min. click requirements for the membership you selected. On the upgrade page, you will be shown the required clicks as well as your current clicks.

How can I extend my membership?
Extensions only work if you purchase the same membership you are currently on within the last 3 months of expiration date. If you buy another membership , the duration of your membership will start from the day of purchase.

You need to click at least 100 advertisements in order to have full access in the forum. Until then, new members are strongly recommended to review the latest posts from experienced users.

How can I verify my account?
Members are not required to verify their accounts until their total earnings is $50 or less. Due to high number of hacking/cheating attempts, we added a verification process to secure our members' earnings. You will be able to withdrawal your earnings as soon as your account is verified by our team upon approval of your documents within 7-14 business days. 
Requirements:
  • Paypal account must be verified.
  • Image of Utility Bill/Student ID/ Library Card etc. (Only 1 of them is required)
  • Must fill out the registration form correctly

Note : All tickets sent via Grandbux.net regarding verification will be disregarded. How can I fill out the security questions?
You can find the security questions on settings under Personal data . If you already filled them out before, security questions will not appear and you don't need to fill them out again.

Can I fill out my security questions again?
Security questions disappear right after you filled them out. You don't need to fill out your security questions again. For verifications, we only check if your birthday and birthplace match the documents you send us via email.

I have accidentally clicked the " Anti cheat " ad. Is my account safe?
if you click the " Anti cheat " ad, your account balance will be deducted in the amount of $1. If you clicked it only one time by accident, rest assured that your account will be safe with only account balance deduction. Nonetheless, if you click the " Anti cheat " ad several days in a row, it may lead to suspension of your account. Once suspended, all account information will be reset. Please note that these transactions cannot be reversed. Thank you for your co-operation.

Ad loading bar is not working. How can i fix it?
This usually occurs for the members who use dynamic IP connections. Please try the following to resolve the issue:
1. Reset your modem router to renew your IP
2. Uninstall your current web browser and install Google chrome
3. Log in via a PC or mobile with static/unique IP

What is Autoprofit? ( Auto transfer from AB to PB)
It is another exclusive feature that offers more value on your earnings. With Autoprofit, you will get to benefit %20 extra bonus while the amount in your current account balance is transferred to your purchase balance. Autoprofit is only optional and can be easily disabled by the account holder. Autoprofit only occurs one time in every 60 days. The day of occasion is given when enabled.
For example: If a member has $10 in his/her account balance and the Autoprofit is enabled, his/her $10 will be transferred to the purchase balance as $12, which will allow the member afford more products on Grandbux and eventually receive better results as an outcome. Once it is processed , it cannot be reversed. If the member disables before the autoprofit day, his/her account balance will remain untouched.

Why do you have a minimum payout limit?
1. Minimum payouts are determined in order to stabilize payment system  
2. Minimum payout starts from as low as $5 and it only increases when a member does withdrawal after several times. 
3. Reaching the higher minimum payout requires members to be more active in GrandBux and as you know having more active members tend to result in higher Rental Referral AVG.
